Ways The Giraffe Has Adapted to the Enviroment

Hello People,

Giraffes have adapted to their environment by

  1. They are able to consume 12 gallons of water at one time when drinking by a water hole. They also can absorb water from the dew of they leaves they eat, and are contained in their foods.
  2. They also have spots to camouflage between the trees. Here is a photo of a giraffe in action.
3. Giraffes have a special heart that pumps blood up their long necks to the brain. A giraffe's heart is 2-3 times stronger than a human's heart.
